Cancel online, any time.

Cancel online, without contacting us, on Stripe's billing page:

1. Go to Plan & billing in your account (sign in first), or request an emailed link at motif-join.asv-labs.com/billing/manage. Links in your subscription emails work too; each one is valid for 30 minutes.
2. On Stripe's billing page, choose to cancel your subscription.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. There is no minimum term.

• You keep Creator until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your paid access ends; Free only covers the first 30 days after you create your account.
• You keep your licence to everything Motif already delivered, including template families you activated. See the template licence.
• For 30 days after paid access ends you can re-download the last delivered version of families you activated (up to 2 GiB in total).
• Your project data stays available to export or delete.

• We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a month.
• If you think you were charged by mistake, email SaltyEngineer@asv-labs.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll look at it.
• If we close your account for reasons that aren't your fault, we refund any unused prepaid time.
• Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Creator is sold through Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record: Stripe (through its Link service) processes the payment, appears on your statement, and may handle refund requests under its own terms.

You keep Creator for 72 hours from the renewal date, but can't activate new template families during that time. If the payment still hasn't gone through, your paid access ends (Free only covers the first 30 days after sign-up). Stripe may keep retrying the card after that; if a retry succeeds, Creator comes back for the rest of that billing month. If you don't want it retried, cancel.

If we change the Creator price, we'll email you between 7 and 30 days before the new price applies to you, with how to cancel. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
