Status comes from the tool list of the running service release (service release 9328719), not from a plan. A tool marked Coming soon isn't callable yet; your agent won't see it in tools/list.
Every call that uses allowance takes an idempotency_key: a fresh random string per request, reused only to retry the same request, so a retry is never counted twice.
Responses are capped at 64 KiB.

Finds the guides that fit a task. Returns titles, short abstracts and ids (at most five), never guide bodies.

Adds a template family to your library within the plan you already have. It never charges money.
